How do I get started with Kafio?
Sign up for a free trial, set up your restaurant profile, add your menu items, and start taking orders. Our onboarding guide will walk you through each step.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer two plans: Starter (1 device, 1 staff, basic features) and Growth (unlimited devices, 5 staff, KDS, and analytics). View detailed pricing on our homepage.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Subscription. Contact our support team to process the change.
How do I add staff members?
Go to Staff → Invite New Staff. Enter their details and assign permissions. They'll receive an email invitation to create their account.
Does Kafio work offline?
The POS requires an internet connection for real-time sync and payments. We recommend a stable connection for best performance.
How do I delete my account?
Visit the Delete Account page or contact support@kafio.co. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data within 30 days.
What payment methods are supported?
Kafio supports cash, card (via Stripe in Canada, Razorpay in India), and UPI payments (India only).
How do I set up the Kitchen Display System (KDS)?
KDS is available on the Growth plan. Enable it in Settings → Features, then access the KDS screen from the main menu. Staff with KDS permission can view and manage kitchen orders.
